Clogged fresh water vent

My fresh water stopped flowing, even though the gauge showed full. After opening the port tank access, I heard air rush and water return, clearly a clogged vent. The manual's not T3800-specific, just a generic schematic. I can't find the actual vent. Anyone know where it is or how to access it?

Im thinking a clogged vent is causing your water flow issue even though the tank's full. Since the manual's generic, the vent can be hard to find.. its usually near the tank's fill or access point. Have you checked around the top of the tank or near the fill hose for a small vent or breather valve you can open?

Looks like you found the problem. a blocked vent is a common issue. On the Tartan 3800, the vent hoses are usually joined with a "T" and tucked behind the wood panel in the port side locker. If the hose bends or falls, it can stop air from moving and keep water from flowing.
